Jole Wilcox -Fairbanks and I birded Petit Manan today 9/9/12 and had a decent day..

Also - this morning at my place on Cooper st in Machias - I was outside and heard a Broad wing hawk....it wasnt quite right (but still pretty good!). I was looking, and looking and couldnt see anything from the direction of the call.....then a Blue jay popped out of the top of the trees! Still lots of Bonneparts gulls in the Machias river behind Helens Restaurant
