Hi Everyone,
Yesterday evening (8/9) I had a Whimberal fly over the Stockton Springs town docks at approximately 1900.
I could hear the distinctive (and loud) flight call before I saw the bird, which was about the size of a BOGU as viewed without binoculars (I was on one of our boats when I saw it).
Not a very uncommon bird in some areas of the state, but this is the first that I have had around here.
