Male and female on the suet and seeds in our backyard in Scarborough on and off this afternoon.
We’ve had between 10-15 DE Juncos and the same amount of Finches all day. No Purple Finches today but they have been here in the past several days.
And we have a pair of Northern Cardinals that hang out in the woods behind our house that come to our feeders. We had a pretty colorful day with the finches, bluebirds and cardinals. This is along with our usual Chickadees, Rose-breasted and White Breasted Nuthatches, Titmouses, and Woodpeckers, Downy and Hairy and the Pileated in the woods. Nice birding.
