I'm thinking Northern Mocking Bird. If it were flying white patches on wings would be diagnostic

--This bird was seen today at Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport Maine.There were two together, feeding in the low brush. I'm thinking a thrush of sorts, but the red eye ring has me baffled...Thank you.
