[Maine-birds] query

Greetings All, I have a request for good birding opportunities mid-July in Southern Maine, from a visitor from Colorado.  She's made "puffin run" some years ago.  She will have a car and probably a half day for some birding.  I am current with postings (from which I am learning a great deal;  thanks all), but realize this point in the year between migrations may not make for the best possibilities.  All suggestions appreciated (together with specifics you are willing to share).  Having birded with Meredith, I know she is a knowledgeable, principled birder (she participates in banding in Colorado) but I appreciate reluctance to draw attention.  Thank you all,   Calien clewis@mbf.org
