[Maine-birds] this morning on MDI: Back Beach & Lopaus Pt., Jul 9, 2012

Hi all -- visited Back Beach on Lopaus Pt this morning, in Bernard on Mt. Desert Island. Enjoyed the variety of birdlife here. Highlights below; 22 spp total.

Also at Bass Harbor Marsh (Abner's Bridge), 1 distant group of 7 yellowlegs sp. landed in the marsh before I could scope them.
