[Maine-birds] veery and wood thrush

This evening about 8:30 after the rain there was a veery singing loud and clear in the woods
near our barn and then two wood thrushes in another area of the farm/woods, calling back
and forth. First veery I have heard all season.
Oriole male and female and rose-breasted grosbeaks, more than one male and female, continue
at the feeder daily. No young ones yet. Orioles eating grape jelly every day. Red squirrels also
putting their heads into the dish and licking the remains.

Bowdoinham.
