Observer with scope there since noon. I saw and took photos about 1:30. She's on the ground right of light tower left of top cap rock. Saw Long-tailed Ducks, DC Cormorants, WWScoters, Eiders, Buffleheads (and a man in wet suit paddling prone atop surf board rounding back side of Nubble - quite strange)
