I think the Brown Pelican invited the Magnificent Frigatebird.  They've got the word "snowbird" backward.

Just had the brown pelican off Prout's Neck between 8:00 PM and 8:04 PM. A boat drove too close to it and flushed it and the bird flew in the direction of Stratton island. I was in my car and the bird quickly disappeared behind trees so I don't know where it went. It was on a green channel marker when I saw it.
