Predictions:
Low pressure approaching from the west will produce a cloudy day with some more rain developing. Temps may reach into the 40s but a breeze from the northeast shifting to southeast will have it feeling like the mid to low 30s. We're now approaching the time period of what is considered the peak of spring raptor migration, typically mid April, weather permitting. The next string of fair weather days could be a lot of fun, but in the meantime we'll just have to be patient.
