Heard my First Of the Year Hermit Thrush at my Town Hill (on the north edge of Bar Harbor) home this morning! I LOVE hearing their song!
On a non-bird note, why did the Spotted Salamander cross the road? I didn't know the answer, so I went out in last night's rain and found loads of them. My family and I helped about 30 cross the road to the pocket pond they were heading for.
