Visitors:
4 people visited the hawk watch today.

Weather:
Sunshine and strong winds out of the northwest to start the day. A wind advisory was put into effect in the area of Bradbury mountain causing the count to be closed between 0930 and 1430 EST. Winds subsided enough for the count to be reopened in the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
The skies were void of migration activity as well as most local bird activity.

Non-raptor Observations:
26 species were observed from the summit today. Individuals deemed migrating included: 1 Tree Swallow

Predictions:
Sunshine and wind again tomorrow. Winds are expected to start out moderate from the northwest, picking up speed through the day, carrying strong gusts in the afternoon. If winds aren't too strong, we could see some more activity than today.
