[Maine-birds] GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW - Jefferson, 11 May

Despite this being a couple days late, I thought everyone would be interested in knowing that Maine's fourth record of GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW was an apparent one-day-wonder, found in Jefferson (Lincoln County) by Thom and Jean Shippee on 11 May.

I put a couple of Thom's photos on the Maine Rare Bird Alert Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1526479937628399/permalink/2742974315978949/

Good birding,
