| When I went out this morning in Scarborough I noticed my little pond had frozen over with skim ice and there was a dusting of new snow. Nice April morning, 25 degrees. I was surprised to watch a Phoebe fly down and land on the ice. Then it flew up onto my feeder , presumably just for a perch. Late morning up in Rockport at Glen Cove Dental I observed 40-50 Bohemian Waxwings stripping a crabapple. A short time later Skip Small and I found another smaller ,12-15, flock of Bohemes doing the same thing. |
