[Maine-birds] Rusty Blackbird at Evergreen?

I found what I think is a Rusty Blackbird at Evergreen Cemetery in Portland today. It was in the woods between the Junk Pond and the ball fields. I put a few pictures on my Flicker page. Any confirmation or correction would be appreciated.
