This morning (25 August), Byron Swift found a female Eurasian Marsh-Harrier at Fresh Pond on North Haven. The bird was first seen around 8AM but was not seen again during the hour when Byron looked at ~11AM.
Here is a link to Byron's eBird list, with photos: https://ebird.org/checklist/S117527547
If anyone is interested in looking tomorrow, I've got a few spots saved on a boat out to North Haven, departing from Rockland at 6:30AM. We'll need to take the ferry back, and we're still figuring out transportation on the island, but if anyone is interest let me know and I can share details.
Good birding,
Doug Hitchcox
