[Maine-birds] RFI - Short-billed Dowitcher banding projects?

Hi all - I observed a metal-banded Short-billed Dowitcher (R leg above the tarsus) this morning at Lopaus Point on MDI, and wonder if anyone on the listserv is aware of current / recent banding projects that might be the source. No code was readable on the band, but the migration data might still be useful to that researcher.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
