RE: [Maine-birds] Cackling Goose - Springbrook Farm

There likely has been one in the Sokokis flock at University of New England (Biddeford); at least it was there Tues. I did not have binocs but there was one goose that was clearly about 2/3 the size of the surrounding flock members and with a slightly different profile...Sharon in West.K'bunk

Thought I'd sent this note out earlier from my phone.  Evidently neglected to hit send...or sumpin!

Found a Cackling Goose. with approx 100 Canadas, at 9:37AM this morning at Springbrook Farm on Greely Rd, Cumberland, in the high field between the brook and RR Tracks. Wide shoulder for parking by field access gate just south of tracks.
