Rangeley is not real big on the duck front. We get some, but there is a
lot to check and time is short.
I did want to report that I did see a ring-necked duck hanging out with
the local mallards before siding up to a lone Canada goose that was
feeding in Hunter Cove on Rangeley Lake.
It pays to check out every patch of water up here.
And we got hundreds of juncos, they lift off like wind blown leaves
along the roads.
