This is awesome news!!!!!!
Last week Andre called me about the new eagles nest. He wanted to knew how far to keep people away from it. This morning he said they are going to barricade pond #2, first one by the power pole and the second one by the pumping station. They are not going to mow around the pond either. Please do not walk past the barricades.
Pond #2 is on the right as you go through the gate, it is 1/2 mile long and the nest is hidden 1/3 the way down the pond.
One of the workers reported 5 immature eagles sitting on the ice this morning.
