[Maine-birds] Any searchable Snowy Owls around?

Hi all,

I'm coming up from NY to look for the Rockland-Camden goodies this weekend and was wondering if there are any legally searchable Snowy Owls around the area?  I see there was one in Portland and one in Brunswick, are they still there?  Where do you view them from legally?  If they are still around can someone please give me directions to the viewing areas?  Thanks much.
