[Maine-birds] Black Vulture, Newport YES

The one-eyed Black Vulture was present this morning in Newport (but actually in Palmyra, by a few feet) on the north side of Route 2, near the Dragon Sea Buffet and U.S. Cellular, opposite the Irving gas station.
