I had two brief glimpses of the lark sparrow today around noon. I heard the woman speaking on the phone telling someone about people coming to see the bird. She sounded somewhat angry, but then started laughing. I was careful to stay out in the street and had parked on the side road across the street. About 20 minutes after I arrived a Winslow police officer arrived and explained that we are disturbing her animals and she doesn't want us there any longer. He asked me to leave immediately and to let others know.
