I was the first one to see the BLACK VULTURE on January 3rd. My friend took a picture, posted it, and then removed the post. This bird is injured, hungry, and distressed. A volunteer from Avian Haven came today and almost captured it for rehabilitation but failed because of interference. I chose not to report this sighting and I encourage others to respect this bird. Harassment is the last thing this bird needs.
