Visitors:
20 visitors today. I apologize to the observers whose names got left off, there were a few folks of whom I forgot to ask their last names and thus couldn't be added by name as official observers.

Weather:
Today was really nice up at the summit! The sun was out all day and temps were in the high 50's. Winds started out of the southeast and quickly switched to a south wind.

Raptor Observations:
Today was really fun! FOS Broad-winged Hawk in the last hour plus a great flight of American Kestrels. Ospreys are building in number!

Non-raptor Observations:
Migrating non-raptors for today include: -Common Grackle (35) -Blackbird Spp. (245) -Canada Goose (40) -Pine Warbler (1) -American Goldfinch (2) -Northern Flicker (2) -Tree Swallow (23) -American Robin (5) -Double-crested Cormorant (4, FOS) -Great Blue Heron (4) A total of 30 species were detected from the summit, including a Northern Mockingbird and FOS Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.

Predictions:
Winds will start out of the west in the morning and will rotate all the way around to the southeast by the end of the day. Mostly sunny with a high in the mid 60's. Should be a great day of raptor counting!
