This morning a male gadwall and 1st-cycle glaucous gull near Black Pearl restaurant. A peregrine pair continues to diminish the city pigeon population. Yesterday one falcon carried its breakfast squab to the masthead of the nearby Windjammer J&L Riggin where it plumed (sp?) and ate the bird.
