[Maine-birds] Flood Farm Nenton/Clinton

Hi Folks,

Flood Brothers Farm Count     3-9-16      2:00 pm to 4:45 pm

Partly cloudy to cloudy;    wind 3-5 mph;  temp 58-62 F

Observer:    Norm Famous

I counted birds in the Flood Brothers Farm in the Clinton/Benton area this afternoon.  The birds were pretty sparse in the cornfields, except for the group of Canada geese and dabbling ducks.  I spent about two hours in the fields next to my car.  It was too muddy to walk far along the cornfield access roads.  Nice place.  The manure ponds were unfrozen and without birds.
