[Maine-birds] peregrine

Have been holding a seawatch of sorts at Fort Foster in Kittery Point for the past week and a half mostly hoping for nighthawks and shorebirds.  Only got the nighthawks one evening a week back, and the shorebirds have been trickling through.  There are a couple of rocky islets just offshore where things can touch down amongst the cormorants, gulls, and eiders.  Last night there were a lot of gannets, 3 lesser Black Backed Gulls, and a peregrine too.  Dave  Tucker
