[Maine-birds] Woodpecker, Chickadee & Golden Eagle in Bath

Hi, I promised to some people on this list I met yesterday (Whiskeag rd, Detritus dr. in Bath -- thank you for alerting us about the "boreal" chickadee!) I would share some pictures I took this weekend. I would be interested to know how frequent these "pale" chickadees are: thank you in advance for any comment!

Best,

Francesco Ticozzi

PS the golden eagle pic has been taken from a long distance (the beginning of a skiing/snowshoeing trail just past the yellow gate on the left), with a 400mm lens and two extenders, and heavily cropped. The only people I saw flushing the eagle where some employees in a pickup truck -- they checked in with us when we were leaving and did not say anything.
