[Maine-birds] Peregrine
9 May. First nature cruise around Frenchman Bay. There was an adult Peregrine Falcon sitting in a tree immediately above the 2019 nest site on the cliffs along the south side of Ironbiund Island. This nest had four young (three survived) in 2019 but was not used in 2020. There were fresh droppings on the cliff face below the nest area so the site might be active this year.
