Birders:
There are two orioles visiting a feeder at 304 Bayview Road about a half mile northwest of the Damariscotta Mills fish ladder on Bayview Road.
See this checklist for photos and exact location:

The owners of the feeder welcome birders to look for these birds but ask that you
don't park in their driveway or in front of their house along the road. You can stand at the edge of the road or in their driveway.
The best and safest parking is in Damariscotta Mills in the public parking at the base of the fish ladder. There is also parking at Depot Street overlooking Great Salt Bay. You can walk along Bayview Road to get to the house with the feeders. The house is on the right side with a spruce tree in front. The birds are visiting a heated birdbath and a well-stocked mealworm feeder within a cage. The feeder is obvious from the road. When I was there today, I had to wait about fifteen minutes before the birds emerged from the small shrub next to the feeders.
Please contact me if you have questions (contact info in my eBird profile page).
Have fun!
Jeff
