"I spoke with Jim and Debbie Schulz today about the Townsend's Warbler they have been hosting in their Cape Elizabeth yard since 8 January, and they are willing to allow birders to visit and try to see it. They live at 4 Winding Way in Cape Elizabeth and the warbler has been coming to the bird feeders they have hanging by some back windows of the house. They ask that birders do not enter the gated section of the yard, but you can walk down their driveway and see around to the back of the house. They've seen the bird in the large spruces in the backyard, and at the feeders, so watching from the end of the driveway should be fine and not disturb the bird. They've also requested that visitors park along the road, and not in their driveway."
