Visitors:
11 visitors today. The summit was oddly quiet today given the beautiful weather.

Weather:
Gorgeous day up at the summit! Skies were blue with fluffy white clouds. Temps peaked at 61 degrees. Winds were out of the NW and gusty at times.

Raptor Observations:
Today was slow but there were some birds to look at. Ospreys were the most numerous species. 1 merlin blew by the summit, but most birds were distant.

Non-raptor Observations:
Non-raptors deemed migratory are as follows: -Canada Goose: 2 -Double-crested Cormorant: 9 -Tree Swallow: 8 -Chimney Swift: 1 -Barn Swallow: 1 26 species were detected from the summit, including FOS Ruby-throated Hummingbird. -FOS Gray Tree frog was calling, as identified by our resident Herpetologist Jim Pinfold.

Predictions:
Winds will start out of the northeast but will quickly rotate to the southeast. Skies partly cloudy. Temps peaking at around 60. I think tomorrow could be sneaky good.
