[Maine-birds] Popham Highlights - Sep 03

From early flood until just before High Tide this morning:

1. Buff-breasted Sandpiper, juvenile.  Many photos
2. Whimbrel, foraging the wrack line, ignoring several close-by strollers. Then flew out to sea and over to Seawall Beach
3. 5 White-rumps
4. Strafing runs by 2 Merlins
5. Four juv Piping Plovers
6. Zero Least Terns
7. etc.
