Re: [Maine-birds] FOS Pine Siskin

It was the same on the northern end of the state...  Two siskins dropped into my yard in Woodland this afternoon.  My last ones up here were June 17th.  With the Evening Grosbeaks, Am Goldfinches and Purple Finches it appears I'm ready for the snow to fly.

White-throated Sparrows thinned out in the past day or so.  Went from 60+ to sub 20.  The Yellow-rumped Warblers are abating a bit as well.

Had my first Coopers Hawk of the season today in Caribou.
