[Maine-birds] Surry birding

Birded a small U-shaped road with subdivision lots of sale, left side of Toddy Pond Road just a half mile or so after turning off Route 172.  There were large active mixed flocks, many very near at hand, with the Vireos singing and one Parula trying out perhaps it's first effort - needed a bit of practice:

Northern Parula (tons)
Black-throated Green Warbler (many)
Yellow-rumped Warbler (many - at one point saw 8 of them sitting on one clump of goldenrod!)
Nashville Warbler -2
Magnolia Warbler - 1
Common Yellowthroat - 2
Blackpoll Warbler - 2
Palm Warbler - a handful, at least
Blue-headed Vireo - estimate 3-4
Red-breasted Nuthatch
B-C Chickadee
Crow
Raven
Blue Jay
Hairy Woodpecker
Common Flicker
White-throated Sparrow
