Spent about half an hour and checked some crabs and found about a dozen Pine Grosbeaks at my friends house in Nobleboro, 3 across from the VFW in Damariscotta and 8 or 9 across the street from The Public House restaurant in Newcastle. I can only imagine how many I would have found had I spent a couple of hours looking for them. I still have yet to see an adult male this year. Any thoughts on that ??
