York County

At least one of the pair of BLACK SKIMMERS that had been frequenting the Basket Island sandbar off Hills Beach in Biddeford was still being seeing as of the 20th. A FORSTER'S TERN was reported here on the morning of the 21st.

Greater Portland

At least one WHITE-FACED IBIS and a presumed TRICOLORED HERON X SNOWY EGRET HYBRID continued to be seen around the Scarborough Marsh this week.

Midcoast

At least three FORSTER'S TERNS were reported from Popham Beach State Park on the 21st.

A pair of MUTE SWANS continues to be regular at the Winnegance Causeway in Phippsburg.

Penobscot Bay

Beginning on the 25th, a WHITE-WINGED DOVE has been coming to feeders located at the end of Kaler Street in Winterport. Please do not park at the end of the road; use the space in the last driveway on the left, as you face the river. This bird continued through the end of the week, mostly visiting the feeder early in the morning.

Western Mountains

On the 25th, a GOLDEN EAGLE was reported soaring over Mooselookmeguntic Lake near Haines Landing in Rangeley.
