I never thought I'd be glad to see Starlings under my feeders, but at this point I'll take any sign of spring. I had two, one in winter plumage and one in bright shiny new breeding plumage.
Last week, I was surprised to see three Cedar Waxwings perched high up in my maple tree. I've seen them in the neighborhood but have never spotted them in my back yard.Maine birds mailing list
