Gale warnings yesterday spoiled several of our hopes to spend the long weekend on Monhegan but island resident Angela Iannicelli photographed a young male BULLOCK'S ORIOLE in her yard this morning (11/11). Despite its inaccessibility (no boat until Monday) I thought I'd share this here in hopes that everyone double-checks late migrants and keeps other rarities in mind. It is a great weekend to be looking for Cave Swallows, btw…
