There's been an irruptive fall-out of Evening Grosbeaks here on the island for almost 2 weeks. I've had them at my feeders on a half dozen occasions. Sometimes just a few ~ 6 or 8 and today 30 or more for the second time! Many other people here have reported the same numbers. What fun! I've had them for my Project FeederWatch count days too. I've had a record number of species this season. 22 for my last weekend count!
