[Maine-birds] Snow Buntings, N. Harrier in Scarborough

There was a large flock of snow buntings on the Scarborough Marsh in front of 47 Old Neck Road around 1:20pm today. They then moved toward 52 Old Neck where Lucy LaCasse was able to get an estimate of 70-80 birds.
While trying to relocate them at 4pm I had a close fly by of a Northern Harrier. Almost a Grey Ghost.
