Thanks again for inviting me to your home to band the hummingbird. I was delighted to meet you and see the wonderful spot where you live. Glad to hear
the bird doesn't have any hesitation about coming to the feeder again.

Just a reminder - I saw your post to MEBIRDS and I need to say that the species and sex ID is at present presumptive until I look at my photos and measurements
and review my reference material. It may be a day or two before I get to do that as I'm going to the Berkshires tomorrow for another and maybe to Burlington, VT,
on Sunday for yet another.

I'll be sure to let you and Doug know what I decide on for the final take on 'your' bird.
