Took a walk behind Cole Haan in Yarmouth, through the woods and along the power line. To my surprise, as soon as I got out of the car, I heard a few red crossbills fly over. Heard another one along the power line. Also had 3 bald eagles, a hermit thrush, and numerous juncos. Beautiful day for a walk!
Before that walk, I checked out Thornhurst Farm, and over by Spring Brook Farm for the greater white-fronted goose (and perhaps a stray Lapwing in any low-cut field, including Toddy Brook Golf course), but no luck.
