[Maine-birds] Roque Bluffs Nov 4-6 (nothing unusual)

Roque Bluffs State Park, freshwater pond near beach:
Buffleheads  10

Yard birds at Cow Point, Roque Bluffs, Washington Co included:
White-winged Crossbills- small flock
Blk-capped Chickadees  4+
Red-breasted Nuthatches  4+
Amer. Crows- several, flying over
Dk Eyed Junco  1
White-throated Sparrow  1

at Englishman's River, where it enters its bay:
Grt. Blue Heron  1 (marsh side of bridge)
Black Ducks  2     (ditto)
Red Breasted Mergansers -several in bay
Herring Gulls - several ditto

Johnson Cove Road:
Dk-eyed junco - flock
Ruffed Grouse - several

seen from the Rocks at Cow Point:
Horned Grebe 1
Red-necked Grebe 1
Comm. Loons 2
Herring Gulls several

Carol in Roque Bluffs but heading down to Bar Harbor soon,  TO VOTE
