Hi folks,
Unfortunately, this does not relate directly to birding in Maine or nearby states. However, I thought it may be of interest to some of Maine's birding population.
A friend sent me this link to an article on seabirds and coastal birds blown inland to the Lancaster Co, Pennsylvania area during hurricane Sandy. This appears to be a major birding event for the state. In scope, I guess it correlates with the size of the storm in significance.
Maybe the upcoming nor'easter will deposit a few goodies along the coast.
Happy storm watching!
