The BLACK-NECKED STILT is back this morning in the pannes off the Eastern Trail through the Scarborough Marsh. It is actively feeding in a large panne south of the hunting blind where it had been found but I'm sure it'll be moving around.
Good birding,
Doug Hitchcox
