[Maine-birds] Red Phalarope in South Harpswell

This morning there was a Red Phalarope very close to shore off Basin Point in South Harpswell. Along with several juvenile Lesser Yellowlegs, it was feeding around and atop the floating mats of Ascophyllum. The bird was a juvenile molting into to basic plumage.
