[Maine-birds] PS - COWA- No

This is a preemptive strike to avoid being called out on my earlier post for failure to identify Fort Foster (kittery) as the location of my unsuccessful search for the COWA this morning. Bird might still be there, but not for me, today.  rob speirs   cumberland
