[Maine-birds] Gray-cheek on Hog Island, Glossy ibis at Weskeag

The Hog Island group saw a Gray-cheeked Thrush this morning for 30 seconds. A bit later someone wanted to hear what Gray-cheel sounds like, I played the song and was nearly decapitated, if a thrush can do that. I perched in the open for 5+ minutes. A cold gray Alaskan type. Exquisite views. I guess I've never considered playing Gray-cheek songs in fal. Hmmm.

I was surprised by a late Glossy Ibis at Weskeag, among 25+ Snowies.

Best, Peter
